How do you eat

“How do you eat” is an ongoing project in which we explore the storytelling possibilities in designing cooking/eating experiences. We have an interdisciplinary perspective for every occasion, approaching them from three different yet interconnected components: the cooked food and food utensils, the experience’s performative aspect, and the participative lecture’s dramaturgy. As part of this projects we have designed three performance/dinners: ‘Still-Alive Dinner’, ‘Històries trobades’ and ‘How do you cook’.
